Our Recruitment Process

1.

Review

We’ll conduct an initial review of your application to see if your skills and experience suit the role that you’ve applied for.

2.

Phone Interview

We’ll then arrange a call between you and your potential new line manager to get to know you a little better

3.

F2F Interview

A formal, face-to-face interview to discuss your skills and experience in more depth. (We’re not scary though, promise.)

4.

Tech Day

You’ll be invited to spend a day in the office, getting to know the team and taking on some tasks that would be typical in your new role.

5.

Offer

You did it! Upon reaching this stage, you’ll be formally offered the role and welcomed to the Yozu team!
