We’re looking for passionate Senior ReactJS and React Native Software Engineers who have a deep and extensive understanding of the React frameworks and surrounding ecosystem, and have proven experience of developing large-scale products or platforms in production environments. The successful candidate will be helping us develop a number of our client’s software products and platforms.

You will be perfect for this role if you are keen to lead a React frontend product team from a technical perspective, work alongside a PM/PO to direct and manage a project, interact with clients and stakeholders, and work alongside a friendly, mixed-discipline team of designers, engineers, product managers etc, to architect scalable, performant and effective software products.

This role is perfect for you if the team is as important as the tech, you’re a genuinely bright and curious who truly recognises the art and craft of software engineering, and you like having an exposure to a range of different tech stacks in addition to your core React skillset.


  • Help to lead an agile tech team to deliver product-focused functionality in large-scale React SaaS products
  • Make strategic decisions, in line with the long term vision of the clients and the business
  • Collaborate, plan and implement cloud architecture and services
  • Review code and strive to improve code quality
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and solutions
  • Mentor and upskill junior engineers

  • T-shaped engineer with strong and varied commercial experience of the React framework
    • Or equivalent experience of other mainstream JS frameworks like Vue.js
  • Ideally a polyglot with experience of many languages and frameworks
  • A passionate approach to work with a desire to push boundaries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where we focus on delivering value while learning, growing, and experimenting
  • Ability to help lead a team and help them make sound decisions
  • Experience designing, building and maintaining large software systems
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD principles
  • Ability to explain technical issues in a clear way to key stakeholders
  • In-depth understanding of software architecture principles, software design patterns and anti-patterns
  • Strong commercial experience with a major cloud provider such as AWS or GCP
  • Good knowledge of relational databases and performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and motivated personality
  • Natural aptitude for all things tech
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to debug and diagnose in a sensible and methodical manner
